Design Project

A complete design project includes the development of a layout solution, visualizations of your future interior, working documentation (drawings) for builders, as well as a list of furniture and materials used in the project.

First Meeting At our first meeting, we'll get to know each other and discuss the design project, the feasibility of implementing and managing the renovation, your interior style preferences, budget, and timeline. We'll also show you a sample of the completed album and schedule.

Contract signing

The contract specifies all stages and terms of the work, as well as the deadlines.

Measurements, questionnaires, references

Our specialists will visit the site to inspect the premises, take measurements, and take photographs.

You fill out a pre-prepared questionnaire in which you indicate your wishes, fill in the technical specifications of your future apartment, and indicate your budget.

The second part of the survey is references. This is a selection of images of interiors in the desired style and color scheme, with various design solutions and content. You'll need to comment on the selection of images, indicating which solutions could be used in your interior and which should be avoided.

Layout Solutions Based on your room measurements and completed questionnaire, you will be offered several successful layout options. All options are discussed with the designer, and we will then work together to select the optimal layout or combine several suggested options.

Collages

After discussing references, the designer prepares a proposal for you in the form of a collage displaying all materials and furniture.

This is a preliminary, yet highly detailed sketch before the visualization stage. You'll discuss each collage with the designer, and you'll be able to make adjustments to ensure the interior concept fully meets your wishes.

Visualizations:

3D visualizations are created based on the approved collages. These visualizations will show you photorealistic images of your future interior, with all elements displayed in appropriate sizes and colors.

Development of drawings

Drawing up a list

We will provide a table with links and part numbers for all finishing materials and furniture used in the project, so you know where to purchase the selected interior elements.

Album Creation and Submission

Upon completion, you will receive an electronic version of the album, as well as a printed copy.

Author's supervision is a support service during the renovation process, during which we ensure that contractors comply with the visual requirements of the project.

What we do during the design supervision process: - We visit the site twice a week - We consult with the foreman and other contractors on the project - We check that the work being performed complies with the design project - We make adjustments and clarifications to the drawings - We prepare a work report with photographs for you

The goal of our design supervision is to ensure the implementation of the design project adheres to the visual image you've approved. We champion our ideas, seek optimal solutions to any challenges that arise during the renovation, and keep you informed about the progress of the project.

Procurement

Procurement involves assistance with the procurement of finishing materials and furniture.

Work on the equipment begins with drawing up a clear estimate, which specifies all the items of materials and furniture that will be needed during the renovation process.

Next, a procurement schedule is created based on the construction schedule, allowing us to track delivery times and ensure everything is delivered on time. We work with trusted suppliers and know who to order from for individual items.

Procurement support continues throughout the renovation process: We organize deliveries, schedule installation dates, coordinate with each contractor, and assist with returns and claims.

*Completion is possible only with author's supervision.

Implementation Management:

A support option where you have minimal involvement in the renovation. In addition to supervision and assembly, we handle all organizational matters.

We handle all installations and deliveries on-site, coordinate contractors and all renovation participants, and finally, we invite cleaning and decorators, conduct a photo shoot (you'll receive photos and a beautiful video as a gift), and hand you the keys.

You can give us the keys at the beginning of the renovation and move into a fully finished apartment with linens and dishes at the end.

Furniture Selection for Finished Apartments

If you've purchased a finished apartment or want to change the interior of your current home, our designers will select finishing materials and furniture, help you purchase them, and deliver them to your apartment.

Layout design is the most important stage of any design project and future renovation! We'll offer you several successful layout solutions, select the optimal one, or combine several.

We also always try to offer unusual options that you may not have even thought of, but they may turn out to be the best for you.

Help with choosing an apartmentIf you're looking for the perfect apartment and have several options to choose from, we can evaluate the layouts and explain the pros and cons of each.
